Day two was pretty laid back, but fun.
Went to the laundromat Dad helped build to wash some bedding for my new full size bed. (To put into perspective why this is so exciting, I've more or less had the same bed since I was six.) The place is actually kind of cool -- free wifi, a playset for kids, TVs. They use the heat from the dryers to heat the building as well as warm the water in the washers. Pretty effecient, if you ask me. AND it was super fast. I had a comforter, two sheets, a bed skirt, and two pillowcases washed and dried in forty minutes.
Went to mass after that with Dad and Granny. Father Boor was there again but he kept it short and sweet, so apparently the Epiphany wasn't the only miracle we were celebrating.
After mass, I met up with Liz at her house and we went to dinner at Ted's with Grandma June and Sarah Cate. Bison burger, yum. :) After dropping Grandma and Sarah back home, we went and saw Katie for a few minutes. We were back at the house just after 9:30, finished up getting Liz packed to go home and then crashed. We took some fun pictures that I will post as soon as I get the chance.
Ugh, we got MORE snow last night. No bueno. I'm so sick of the cold.
